Cleaning & maintenance
Swim-ready water through consistent cleaning and chemical care.

From green-to-clean recoveries to weekly maintenance routes, we keep water clear, balanced, and ready for residents and homeowners.
Programs can be tailored for single homes, multifamily amenities, and commercial accounts that need dependable cadence.
What’s included
- Skimming, brushing, and vacuuming on a consistent schedule
- Water testing and chemical balancing every visit — chlorine and salt pools
- Filter cleaning, backwashing, and basket/pump checks
- Green-to-clean recoveries for neglected or storm-hit pools
- Equipment spot checks so small problems get flagged before they fail
Who this is for
- Homeowners who want a pool that's ready without thinking about it
- HOAs and multifamily amenities that can't afford a closed-pool weekend
- Property managers who need documented visits and clear communication

DFW pools fight heat, pollen, and storm debris from March through October. A consistent cleaning cadence is the difference between a quick brush-and-balance and a week-long green recovery — especially for amenity pools under resident and inspection pressure.
Schedule this serviceCleaning & maintenance FAQ
Straight answers to the questions homeowners and property managers ask most — written so you can act fast in DFW heat, storms, and swim season.
How often should a DFW pool be cleaned?
Weekly service is the standard through swim season — heat and bather load burn through sanitizer fast. Some low-use residential pools do fine on a lighter cadence in winter; we'll recommend a schedule based on how the pool is actually used.
Do you service saltwater pools?
Yes. Salt pools still need brushing, balancing, and cell checks — salt systems generate chlorine, they don't clean the pool. We handle both salt and traditional chlorine systems on the same routes.
My pool is green — how long until it's swimmable?
Light green usually clears in a few days of treatment and filtration. A full swamp takes longer and may need a filter deep-clean along the way. We assess severity on the first visit and give you a realistic timeline, not a guess.
Can you take over from another pool company mid-season?
Yes — this happens all the time. We'll do a first-visit assessment of water, filter, and equipment condition so you know exactly where things stand before the route service starts.
